What to Expect

✅ Before We Arrive

• Water & Power? Not needed! Our van is fully self-contained with its own water, electricity, and climate control. No hookups required.

• Where to Park: Please have a flat, safe area available near your home or workplace where we can park our grooming van. Driveways are ideal.

• Be Available: For your first appointment, we ask that you’re present to meet us and go over your pup’s needs. After that, we can discuss flexible drop-off options.

🐶 Your Dog’s Appointment

• One-on-One Care: It’s just us and your dog—no cages, no barking chaos, no assembly line. That means a calm, personalized grooming experience.

• Time Estimate: Most appointments take 1.5 - 2.5 hours, depending on services performed, breed, coat condition, and temperament.

• Services Include: Bath, blow dry, brush-out, nail trim & file, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, and haircut (if applicable).

🦠 Health & Safety

• Fleas or Ticks? We offer flea baths for minor issues (extra fee). Heavy infestations may need veterinary treatment before we can reschedule.

• Vaccinations Required: Rabies required. Distemper/parvo and Bordetella are strongly encouraged.

• Mats or Anxiety? We handle gently. If your dog is severely matted or highly anxious, we’ll discuss the safest plan before proceeding.
